The tree is really getting more notice. Today the Hackney Gazette published a piece. https://www.hackneygazette.co.uk/news/woodberry-down-estate-fight-to-save-happy-man-pub-tree-1-6651059

"Thousands of people are hoping to save an ancient tree from being felled as part of development work" Yes we are. 5,400 of us as of this evening. www.change.org/savethehappymantree please keep promoting the petition by sharing this post etc. More tomorrow when we visit the tree again.
